Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation:  Open Sauna Sessions: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before appointment. Open sessions will need to be rescheduled or refunded if only one person has signed up to attend.Private & Rentals: Full refund allowed if cancelled 1 week before appointment. We operate in most weather conditions and do not cancel due to rain or cold. In the rare case that weather creates an unsafe situation, we will cancel and offer a reschedule or refund.
